10. HOW IS MY PRIVACY PROTECTED WHEN I HAVE AN ARVAL CONNECTED VEHICLE?
You will be informed if your vehicle is an Arval connected vehicle during the ordering process and/or at the moment of delivery of the vehicle. When your vehicle is an Arval connected vehicle, data is collected by Arval via remote data transmission from the telematics equipment installed in the vehicle (the "Device").
